Last February 1 2024, I was unanimously elected Ombudsman by the Andorran Parliament.

It is a great honour as well as a great responsibility for me to run this Institution.

As the Ombudsman of Andorra, I am pleased to address this letter to you with maximum regard and respect. Our aim is to protect the rights and freedoms of the citizens and ensure that the public administration acts with transparency, justice and equity.

We are here to listen to you and represent you in the case of an injustice or administrative irregularity. We encourage you to contact us if you believe your rights have been breached or that you have been treated unfairly by different parts of the administration.

Your trust in our Institution is crucial for its efficiency and we will continue to work relentlessly in order to guarantee a fairer and more equitable society for everybody.
